We specialise in repairing, installing and configuring Apple Macs. If we could I'm sure we would grow them too! As a result of our love of all things Apple, we are always delighted to help with your Mac problems.
If your computer crawls when once it ran, it's time for you to give us a call. Instead of purchasing a new computer when yours shows signs of fatigue, why not consider an upgrade? We specialise in both hardware and software upgrades.
In order to try and assist charitable bodies with cost saving, we offer a discount of 20% to any registered charity that uses our services. This is a permanent discount that we hope shows a commitment to our support to charitable causes.
Hardware repair and maintenance
Whether it's a cracked screen, faulty hard drive or broken keyboard, we can fix it! After we have diagnosed the fault, we will contact you to provide a quote. A quote from us always means no hidden costs. We have so much confidence in the quality of our repair work that we guarantee all repairs for up to three months, depending on the replacement part.
PC and Windows support
We're not just Mac Geeks! We also specialise in Windows and PC repairs and support. With over 30 years of desktop support experience, it makes finding an unsolvable issue virtually impossible.
Should you or your company require the security of regular IT support, but without the cost of having to employ a full-time member of staff to fill the role, a support contract may be right for you.
Infrastructure design and cabling
If you are moving into a new building and need to incorporate a cabled data network, we are able to accommodate this work. We will design, supply and install a network to suit you needs and budget.
We offer great rates on all of the big name brands including Apple and Dell. Every purchase comes with a standard 1 year hardware warranty, 3 months worth of AGT Support© and 1 years carbon off-setting. You can also purchase reconditioned computers all which come with a 3 month hardware warranty and 1 months free AGT Support©. Lastly, we offer a part exchange program in which you can trade in your old machine for a brand new one making upgrading much more affordable.
The AGT team is made up of personable people. This gives us the edge when we train groups and individuals. All of our training programmes are tailored to your requirements. Most importantly, the training sessions are not only educational, but also enjoyable and engaging.
Emergency 24hr data recovery
AGT understand that accidents can happen and data can get lost or corrupted. We have the means and experience to recover your data, should a hardware failure occur. If your data cannot be retrieved, it will only cost you the initial £45.00 diagnoses fee.
Guaranteed off-site backup and restoration
Whether your own backup system is already in place, or we have installed a high-end solution for you, we understand the importance of keeping your data secure from theft, fire or flooding. This is why we offer insured, off-site storage in our fire and waterproof safes. We will arrange collection of your data from your location, depending on your schedule.

Telephony and communications
We have a team of experienced specialists on hand to advise and install a telephony system to accommodate your business requirements. From IP telephony to iPhones and Blackberry, we are able to supply, install, configure and support your vital phone network.
Old equipment knocking about? Get in touch! We will be happy to take it off your hands to redistribute, donate or securely dispose of at a registered recycling plant.
We understand that Macs are mainly used as tools to assist with creativity and specific projects, which is why at AGT we offer a loan service to our registered AGT-Loans© members. All machines can come with whatever software require to get the task at hand complete, therefore eliminating the need to purchase expensive licenses.
