If you believe that any information we are holding on you is incorrect or incomplete, please write to or email us as soon as possible, at the address below. We will promptly correct any information found to be incorrect.

Data Retention

When we service our customers devices we may need to backup your personal data before restoring it back onto your device. We only retain your personal data for as long as needed.

To protect your data from any potential loss your data may be stored on our secure and encrypted servers. 

Your personal data will be deleted from our servers after 90 days unless otherwise requested. 

We may retain your contact information for future references.

With accordance with the GDPR you have the ‘right to be forgotten’ and may request us delete any data that we may have please contact our Data Protection Officer at privacy@agt.uk.net.

Security

agt utilises physical, electronic and procedural safeguards to protect the information that we process and maintain, such as limiting access to only authorised employees and contractors who need access to operate, develop and improve agt and The Extension. However, whilst we endeavor to provide reasonable security for the information that we process and maintain, no security system can prevent all potential security breaches.

Children

agt does not knowingly solicit data from, or market to, children under the age of 13. If a parent or guardian becomes aware that his or her child has provided us with information without their consent, please contact us aprivacy@agt.uk.net and we delete such information within a reasonable time.
